My basement

It's flooded, and covered in mold and horrible, and it's going to cost well over $12,000 to fix it all.

This is why I prefer the Sims to real life.

Has it been raining unusually more there, too? It's been doing that a lot here... & we have all the water that the snow melted into still here, too. (You all being in California means you don't have the snow issue but I'm gathering the rain issue is there.)

Yeah, I don't know! It seemed to go away when I turned off the water but it also seems to be coming from the bottom step of the stairs... can a stair leak? Did a miracle happen that let my stair cry rivers?

Okay, so, what with the nature of the leaking, we've determined that there's some kind of leak in the backyard and that's what's causing the flooding. So with the help of my uncle from France we've been hacking through the vines and such to find it.

This is in order to not spend several thousand dollars to fix it?

Hopefully there's something you all can do. Cause that price is seriously ouch... Especially in California. That cost of living...
