Acey's custom dolls!

Postby Transypoo » Thu Aug 27, 2009 10:17 pm

Thought I'd make a topic just for this! first I'll start off with the one I'm selling!

So here she is, with head attached.
Image

Flash to show textures and such.

Here, my finger got in the way of the flash and it ended up with an interesting lighting for a zombie.

With head off...

Here are some older ones, I'm going to post them as links 'cause I took them pretty big...

Aku and Nina, Nina is actuall free standing on Aku, Aku is being held up by a doll stand.
http://transypoo.com/images/Dolls/609/IMG_3514.JPG

This is Draconia, my cousin's character... she wanted a more old school Barbie look with the eyes. I tend to like my figures to look straight ahead but she ended up with SO MUCH personality, I can't argue with the eyes now...
http://transypoo.com/images/Dolls/609/IMG_3526.JPG

My cousin's character Pandora.
http://transypoo.com/images/Dolls/609/IMG_3536.JPG

My cousin wanted this one to have wavy hair, and I remembered that a time ago my mom had bought a fancy doll mag. and there was instructions as to how to make an afro out of a standard doll (still gotta do that one day) and it mentioned off hand how to do waves, so I dug through the mags and found it. http://transypoo.com/images/Dolls/609/IMG_3541.JPG

http://transypoo.com/images/Dolls/609/IMG_3549.JPG

You may remember Vih... although I can't find any reference to him on the board... well, this is his updated head: http://transypoo.com/images/Dolls/609/IMG_3527.JPG

This is my character Audrey from a novel I'm writing!
http://transypoo.com/images/Dolls/609/IMG_3529.JPG
http://transypoo.com/images/Dolls/609/IMG_3532.JPG

And her sidekick, Little Annie (who gotten a hair cut since!)

Little Annie's new hair.
Image
“Little Annie was an unhappy child.
Yet she kept all her toys clean and neatly piled.
Her parents were callous, cruel and quite rude.
And once or twice the pastor said she was too.
Little Annie’s father was quite mean.
He said and did things that were quite obscene.
Her mother, who stayed out every night,
Was often seen drinking and got in some fights.
Since they had neither money, nor a crumb of food
Poor Little Annie was often in a foul mood.
When her parents had said that they would leave her
Little Annie took out a cleaver
The Doctor had said she was prone to fits
So she cut up her father into tiny bits
She sliced and diced him with the knife
Then she went and did the same to his wife.”
Image
I never took a picture of it, but Annie's got scars all down her back... is it any wonder she killed her parents?

Draconia's new hair. I gave her these sloping bangs to show off her face more.
Image
Really fits her personality, I feel.
Image

I was given two Barbies this time 'round. The first one I needed to mod because her current look wasn't right. So, I was given the instructions to paint her eye brows black (to match her hair, honestly, I don't know why they were light brown to begin with.) and to give her bright red lips. Then my cousin didn't know what to do with the hair, which was already cut shoulder length, so I was given free reign. I cut her hair, and poured boiling hot water onto it to make it sit flatter against the head.
Image

The other one is this, seemingly ordinary girl. I painted the lips a dark purplely color and cut the hair a little...

Oh, right, and this:
Image

Meet the original Silent Hill Barbie.
Image

I instantly had this idea once I saw the hair, that she could look normal at first, then become more terrifying as you see more of her.
Image

This one (despite being the first) is better than the one I'm selling. I think mostly because the newer body has more anatomy, and thus look more real.

With flash to show off texture.

So, my cousin didn't like the sculpted panties... (Neither do I I tried to sand them off but it was futile.)
Image

so I made this smock-y-loincloth.

Audrey always ends up meeting the most horrible of people!

But, you know... That loincloth makes her fit more into Silent Hill (imo, at least). Heck, I could actually see her in the more average clothing walking up to one of the characters from a more recent time (i.e. the mother in the movie) and, at first, they think she's an average person... Then she turns her head, the wind blows, and we see what she really is. Then she picks up some sort of huge blade from off the ground that we hadn't really noticed before - something that would be too heavy for us, but is practically nothing for her. The blade would no doubt be basically just a giant, jagged piece of metal... Something that looks somewhere between debris of some kind and a giant knife.

... My imagination is at work, apparently. Gawd, why do I like Silent Hill so much? =.= It disturbs me so, and, yet... Yet I wanna play the first game again - and finish it this time. :glanceright::;:

You sewed that all yourself? Or you just added things to it?

So, just for the heck of it I made this huge image of all the dolls I've painted in order!

Enjoy.

It's doll time again! Did these last month, but never had a chance to post 'em!

This is "Choppy" my cousin's character.
Image
Had to figure out how to do the stubble. I think this is better than the gray swash they tend to use on dolls.
Image
Image

This is Jareth, he's a demon.
Image
Image

This is Kitty, she's adorable!
Image
Image

And this one is my character Borghild (She's a Viking)

...Why is he named "Choppy"? O_o: & now I wish the Elf was around so I could pester & annoy her... Damn non-regular visitors.

I believe it's because of his murdering... but his history's changed a couple of times recently, so I'm not too sure.

Mmm... Murder...
I'd also like to say: Jareth's red hair would look good on a female character. Yes, I do want to see that because I think it'd be hawt. :p So, if you got extra hair like that: Pwease? ::3:
