Today, Sony had a presentation to reveal the PS4. Here is a condenced version of the presentation.

At this time there was no mention how much the system will be for, how the system looks like or when it might be released (most likely thid fall) but no doubt they are saving this info for E3 later this year in June. So far from what I saw has me excited. Can't wait to play this

or the next game brought to us from the makers of Microsoft's Halo series

I'm glad that the motion controls and Kinect-style sensor are included with the package. Though I hope there aren't too many games that incorporate the motion controls among regular button-pressing, as I hate motion controls. I'd prefer games stick to either/or so I can skip the ones that have them.

And man, there really isn't going to be a need for cinematic renders come next-gen at all, is there? Simply amazing.

Though given my huge backlog of games, I probably won't be getting the PS4 until at least 2-3 years after it comes out.

Do not know if I could wait 2-3 yrs like you. Maybe 1 but that depends on the price.

I tend to wait until a game gets down to the $20 range. If it's a game I'm only kinda interested in, I wait for it to go on sale too.

Especially after I got Skyward Sword. That was the most expensive sound track I ever bought... oh, and it came with a terrible game too.

So I got the PS4 on its release date and bought the Killzone: Shadow Fall game. Will buy the Xbox One later next year as there is no games I am interested in at this time and also so they can fix the errors I heard people have with their systems.

Yeah, the early systems always seem to have bugs-- that's another reason I can wait for next-gen. Glad to hear you're enjoying yours, though.
