That first image of Optimus is just really hilarious to me for some reason.

Here's the first "Go" mini-episode:

Well, now I want the Swordbots!

There isn't a full series, just two DVDs that will be packed in with magazines (which is probably why their mouths don't move when they speak, etc.; these are ultimately nice-looking promo pieces).

In a bit of a surprise move, the two Predacons who will be appearing alongside Predaking in the upcoming "Predacons Rising" movie have been confirmed to be NOT Grimwing and Skystalker, but rather, their Target-exclusive redecos-- Darksteel and Skylynx!

New series will not be a reboot but more kid-friendly:

How I'll react to that news depends on what they mean by more "kid-friendly". If they mean Rescue Bots, then no. That stuff should stay in the Playskool preschoolers line. If they simply mean doing away with the darkest stuff in Prime, then I'm all for it. Some episodes-- particularly "Predatory", "The Human Factor", and "Thirst"-- would've given me nightmares had I been in the target age range when I had watched them.

If I recall correctly, Rescue Bots is supposed to be continuing after Prime, so the new show will probably be for an older demographic than RB.

There's a rather wide market between preschool and even just the teen demographic. Prime got into the upper teen levels at times. They're probably take it back down to pre/early teen levels.

Awww, Megatron doesn't look gold. I was thinking he'd look cool on the show in his toy's color scheme...

Y'know, I was just thinking, the reason that Starscream is always boasting about killing an Autobot with his bare hands, is that he's second in command of an empire. Under normal circumstances he wouldn't have to go out into the field or fight. Megatron is a warrior at heart and likes to engage the enemy himself. Normally the command structure sits in it's ebony tower and watches the Drones do all the work.

Yeah, it's hilarious how many times he brings up that ONE kill! And it was an easy one, too!

My favorite was telling MECH; Silas doesn't know who the $&%# Cliffjumper was! One robot is good as another to them.
